Blonidon Park is one of many in that area known for the highest tides, and when the tides go out you can go walk on the bottom! Super cool! When I arrived it was about 2 hours from being at its lowest and by the time I left it was at its lowest!

The sign on the stairs leading down is just a tad alarming!

It was so neat down below! There were all these little waterfalls that ran into the bay...

And the beautiful red sand and rugged cliffs were amazing!

Believe me! It's the weirdest feeling knowing that in 6 hours the very spot you're standing will be under 40 feet of water! You could see seaweed growing off the cliff face way up and water was still dripping off the cliff!

You also find lots of random things on the bottom! Wasn't sure if Pharoah was somewhere nearby...😜

And the lobster who managed to destroy this trap...well I'd rather not meet him!

On my way back I could finally resist the urge no longer! These beautiful Wild lupines are literally growing EVERYWHERE and I finally had to stop and pick some! They are soooo beautiful!

Then off to Bridgewater Nova Scotia I headed! Made it just in time for the midweek service at Blessed Hope Baptist Church with Percy & Cindy Lake! I'm so excited to get to spend the next couple days with them! It feels like forever since I saw them and it was so good to get to catch up a bit!
